Dude, that was awesome! Great job. I gave this a 4/5. Very basic, but super fun. Just a few things I'd change are 1.) Try to refrain from using CS sounds...its not bad taste, it's just they're used way too much! and 2.) Make the background more appealing! Otherwise, that was quite fun. Where'd you get that music from? It's great! Are there any decent tutorials on how to make a game like that?

I loved it immensily and I feel really weird for saying that! Actually what you did was very intelligent-- you communicated through movement rather than using words (well for the most part since they spoke gibberish). The character movements were another plus, since they looked like they moved in 3d. The feel of the world around this peice was EXTREMELY abstract, and that's why I think everyone is loving it. The only thing I didn't like were that some of the characters could have been a bit more smooth in line-quality.
It's very different. It's very much amazing. Excellent work.

Sorry....I didn't like it. You had excellent art direction but otherwise it was immensily boring and not enough action to keep me interested. I usually can focus and follow story patterns well, but I found myself spacing out a lot in this peice. The dog was pretty cool though.

Loved it. Very emotional. Poor robo. Did you write that? It reminded me of a great poem.

That was brilliant. You've taken a robot and made a metaphor out of what a real human truly is when he/she/it is weighed against the world. Simply brilliant.
I really don't have any complaints about this peice other than the art direction could have been just a tad bit better. Don't get me wrong, it was pretty damn good, but weighed against the GREAT music (btw, where can I download that beat?), it just felt a bit off.
But GREAT work. Definately worthy of the top 50 imo.
Author's Response:
thanks, m-e-t-a-p-h-o-r.... I simply suggest you turn down the sound quality for this because it'll reduce the file size and more people will play it. And this is one hard game! Once it starts tipping, it just gets worse and worse! I tried it 10 times and I could never save it. Make it easier on us bad-with-mouse people! Pretty cool though.
Author's Response:
yeah you are right, by now I have uploaded a shorter version, but certainly I will reduce the sounds quality, I suposse you saw the 4mb version wich had 5 soundtracks, now it only has 2. and about the difficult, I think that you should try to do smooth moves

I liked it. Had a very gothic tone to it. Was that Danny Elfman music from Batman 2? The audio was great.
The drawings were great as well. My only complaint is that some of those scenes laster far too long-- example being the cat hitting the ornament. Otherwise it was pretty good.
I like how everything was gray except for the tree. Is that symbolic in how xmas brings joy or something?

Hey, that was great. Quality all the way. Needed a few bits of work though--
Mouth movements. Phonemes! Their mouths didnt move, so I was like "is this a narration or what? Oh he's talkin-- wait who's that guy?"
And I just felt it went too quickly at parts. That's about it though.
Good work. Finish it or something!

Seems a bit interesting to be honest...but the music, the slowness of a few scenes, and the stereotypical anime characters with no elbows really took away the greatness of it! You seem to know what you're doing, so I'm judging you as a pro. If you want my critiquing, here it goes--
a.) The music. It sounds like you took a really bad microphone and put it up to the speaker while watching Rockman Neo. Either try to find the original track (which I have if you want it, just email me or something), or think about using a different song altogether.
b.) A few scenes, such as the title sequence, just seemed to drag. With "Back to Mad" playing in the background, it feels like things have to be going REALLY friggin' quick. Don't get me wrong, some scenes in there were great! But a few just seemed slow. Try to make a time-limit for scenes or something, you know?
c.) Anime Anime Anime! It's all over the internet. The whole style seems to be over-used. And what's worse is most people can't draw worth shit. You however are inbetween good and bad when it comes to the style. Work on the arms in particular...something was wrong with them and I cant quite put my finger on it! Or maybe just practice a whole different style or something.
Anyways, I hope I helped out. Needs some work, but if you take a few suggestions from a few people, there's no doubt your future stuff will kick major ass. Good work and good luck!
Author's Response:
Thank you for the "good luck" part.
Everything else you mentioned isn't really helping me out. I'm new to Flash. Not a pro. I appreciate you thinking that way... but, still.
For your info, I did not hold up my mic to Rockman Neo. I edited it myself so it'd work to my Flash (I'm not sure if you're a fan of Rockman Neo, but if you are, you should've picked up on the different sound editing). The quality wasn't bad at all, until I had to do the whole "streaming" thing, with the sound file.
What the HELL is it with people and anime?! All I here is "I hate anime!", "Stop making anime!", and "Buy me those pants!"
Why don't you just start saying: "Flash, Flash, Flash! It's all over the internet, people should stop using it!" That seems logical, does it not? (I can't draw anything other than anime...)
I don't know why, but, I'm pretty upset about your review.... With all those stick movies out there, you can't bother to give me an average of over three?! Kinda puts a hole in my stomach.
But, meh, whatever, there will always be the odd person out there, who will judge your work, professionally.
Anyways, thanks for letting me know what you think...
